Clive Christian Creates The Most Expensive Perfume In The World: No1 Passant Guardant
Ladies, listen up! For those of you who know and love perfumes, Clive Christian created “the perfume of his heart”, entitled No1 Passant Guardant. His works are amongst the finest and most beautifully crafted in the world.
On his official website, he states that ” A connoisseur knows that the only true way to experience the complexities of Pure Perfume is by investing in the most concentrated form of the scent – in a crystal stopper bottle. When a drop is placed on the skin in this fashion the perfume is allowed to slowly begin its journey, unravelling in accordance with the skin’s canvas and revealing all the facets and intricacies as it warms.” And so he did! Clive took the house’s signature crystal bottle and draped it in fine, handcrafted, 24 carat gold lattice-work. Embedded in the lattice-work are more than 2000 individually set flawless white diamonds. Set in the eyes of the lion standing “passant guardant” over the Crown are two yellow diamonds, whilst a rare pink diamond marks out the lion’s tongue. The piece is a sensually opulent homage to the fragrance within – 30ml of No1 The World’s Most Expensive Perfume.
Basically, he used only the most rare and highest quality ingredients. No wonder No1 is officially recognised as The World’s Most Expensive Perfume as it reflects the luxury of the perfume. He created this beautiful piece in order to mark the opening of the first Clive Christian Perfume Boutique in Harrods’ splendid new Salon de Parfums, and it is exclusively available this particular salon for the stunning price of £143,000.
Besides these outstanding perfumes, he also creates interior designs, which you can check out on his website.
